April 2009 I decided to make a big change to my lifestyle and started training for the Maximuscle Body of 2009 Competition. My Blog will show you how I have gone from Couch Potato to Fitness Model Material in only 5 Months. My newfound passion has opened many doors for me and I am continuing to train, not only for Future Fitness Comps but also the 2010 Natural Bodybuilding Circuit. I will keep updating the Blog with my Training Routines and Up and Coming Events.
